Our core values are based on: understanding, customer expectations, delivery of services, customer experience, doing business with integrity & honesty.BRIEF COMPANY HISTORYIT-Guys started as an idea concept and then became official when we leased a small office space at Unit 2, Level 1, 160 Jervois Road, Herne Bay in February 2007. It wasn't until we got our first few jobs on the go then the reality set in, we are getting paid for doing jobs we love to do. That same year, my beautiful little girl arrived and then the following year surprised by the arrival of our cheeky little man to the growing team. This meant that the way we had to do business also had to change as priorities in life had also changed.
The questions had to be asked and answered:"what is the purpose of IT-Guys?""what do IT-Guys do?""what do we differently, compared to others in our industry?""who are our customers? what needs do they have that have to be met?
These are the core questions that 3 years since our inception; IT-Guys computer services are being built on.For too long, the IT computer services industry has been focused about high pricing and low quality of services due to inexperience, long turnaround times, being provided the minimal amount of service, lack of care after the sale is done, no followups to find out if there are any further needs to be addressed and the list goes on.IT-Guys VISION- Build & add value to relationships with our customers by ensuring the services we deliver are in line with the requirements (understanding)- Continually refine our internal processes through a system based on customer feedback & input that will maximise customer benefits and keep costs down (customer expectations)- Timing is critical & important; being active with regular communication and followups we can better understand our customers' needs to minimise disruptions & downtime (delivery of services & customer experience)
