Smart devices delivered and stored at owner’s risk. IT-GUYS take no responsibility for damage during transfer or service of smart devices. PC services are completed at owner’s risk and we recommend that a full backup is completed prior to any computer repairs being conducted.

Back-Up Your Data (definitely recommended)
Any PC services work can cause damage to systems or data. We recommend that you back-up any important documents/data or systems before any PC services are carried out. We are extremely careful with your computers systems and have highly qualified technicians but cannot guarantee that data will not be affected by repairs.
We can do the backing up for you. There is a charge for backing up your data. Quotes for this service are based on the size of your hard drive, files to be backed-up and the estimated time it will take to back-up.

Although backing up is optional. We strongly recommend it with every PC service done.

Where are we located?
Drop-off’s can be done at our workshop:
Basement Level, 29 Crummer Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland between 9am and 5pm weekdays and on request on Saturdays.

Payment Terms
Cash, bank cheque, direct credit – contact us for our account details, should you require this option. Smart devices are returned only after payment is received.

4. ‘No Fix – No Fee’ policy does not apply to repairs and/or service completed away from the IT-GUYS workshop and the pick-up/delivery service charge of $25.
